Kathleen M. Zbacnik, ASID, IIDA, CID, of KZ Design Group, has recently completed remodeling the Penthouse at The Harbor Club. Her out of state clients choose to remain anonymous, but are quite vocal when praising Zbacnik's design excellence and creativity. They LOVE their new penthouse, which Kathleen and her talented design group totally gutted and remodeled over the past 18 months to include: new kitchen, 4 new bathrooms, Petrified Wood fireplace, Mother-of-Pearl walls in the foyer, custom Giraffe mosaic walls in powder bath. Kathleen was creative and knowledgeable when it came to actually ADDING 200 sq. ft. of living space 42 stories up!! That is amazing.
